• The car I want is not listed on the booking form?

Please call our control centre on + 44 208 577 3565 or email us on travel@expressairporttransfer.co.uk to check the availability of your choice of car.

• What's included in your tariff?

Our prices include the cost of your journey plus VAT at 17.5% and credit card handling fee @ 3.5% . We do not charge the London Congestion fee of £8.00 per day.

• My Pickup/Destination location isn't listed on the booking form?

Please call our control centre on + 44 208 577 3565 (during office hours – 09.00am to 06:00 PM. or email us on travel@expressairporttransfer.co.uk for assistance.

• What happens after I've booked a car?

Upon completion of your booking with us, we email the confirmation to you within 3 hours with a unique Booking Reference Number. Please print it and keep it with you to be shown to the driver at the airport.

• Do You Provide Stretch Limosines?

Yes we do, please call our control centre on + 44 208 577 3565 or email us on travel@expressairporttransfer.co.uk to check availability. Due to high demand, we recommend that you give us least 7 working day’s notice.

• When I'm at the Airport, where do I meet your chauffeur?

Our chauffeurs wait inside the terminal, next to the exit from Customs Hall near the Airport Information Desk holding your name board.

• What if can’t locate my driver?

If for some reason , you cannot locate the driver, please do not leave the airport building, but call us on toll free number 0800 583 3535 for help.

• What if my flight is delayed?

We monitor your flight to ensure that our chauffeur meets you on time. For long haul flight, the driver goes inside the terminal 40 minutes after the flight has landed. ( This is the time required for your baggage handling and Passport control). It also help us in minimizing parking and waiting time costs.

• Can I change the original journey?

Yes, please ask us to quote for any alterations

• Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, providing you give us sufficient notice - see our full Terms & Conditions for more details

• Can I smoke in your cars?

Sorry, we strictly observe a non-smoking policy in all our cars.

• What if I need a car whilst I am in London?

Please call our control centre on 00 44 208 577 3565 or email us on travel@expressairporttransfer.co.uk to book your car. We need at least 2 hours notice in advance.

• What if I have a lot of luggage?

That’s not a problem. Please do inform us in advance. We will send a larger vehicle like a Chrysler Grand Voyager or Toyota Previa. Please be advised that there will be a minimum charge of £10.00 for extra luggage.

• How do I pay for the transport?

At the time of booking with us we will need a credit card number to guarantee your reservation, which can also be accepted for payment. However if you prefer to pay in cash this can be paid directly to the chauffeur.
